Description
A decaf built to be drunk for its own sake, not just for the missing caffeine. Raisin sweetness up front, warm cinnamon through the middle and a deep note of dark chocolate underneath — full-bodied and smooth, the kind of cup that holds up after dinner or last thing at night.
It’s a single origin from Planadas, in Colombia’s Tolima region, decaffeinated by the sugarcane (E.A.) process — a natural method that uses ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane to lift the caffeine while leaving the fruit and sweetness where they are. That’s why it drinks like the coffee it came from, not like a compromise.
A permanent fixture on the bar — the decaf we’d happily drink ourselves.
