Sú Beatha — “Juice of Life” — is our filter blend. Red fruit and a bright, juicy acidity to start, toasted nuts through the middle, dark chocolate underneath. It drinks clean and sweet, and holds that character from one bag to the next.
The components refresh with each harvest, so the coffees behind the blend move with the season while the cup stays where it should. Built for filter — pour-over, Aeropress or cafetière.
